The Smart Tool is a platform that enables LIFE Centers to manage, monitor and report their training activities in an online environment. With only a few clicks you can generate reports, create trainings or print certificates for your trainings.
Smart Tool Version 1.2 released today (09 December 2010)
It’s a pleasure to announce that a new version of Smart Tool will available from today. Check out our newly added features:
COEs
- Renewed dashboards with more information
- Reports section added with training and users report
- Possibility to propose trainers on behalf of an organization
Managers
- improved dashboard and training information page
Master Trainers
- TOT approval on multi-step. Master trainer can approve candidates one by one.
- TOT report improved with more information
- Possibility to invite trainers to the training after having created the training
Trainers
- Dismiss students from evaluation. If your students didn’t fill the evaluation form, or they quit the training, you can dismiss them from doing the evaluation and therefore archive the training. This option only appears 2 days after the training is over
Generic
- Change password feature added
- Retrieve password feature improved
